As an ex-smoker I know how hard the journey is to throw away that pack of cigarettes. Just Remember in order give up this nasty addiction you have to be the person to decide. This means you have to do it for yourself. I know doing it for your children or family is a good decision, but for you to succeed in quitting it has to boil down to you. Remember everyone will benefit from you quitting.
